Being new to the Canton area I asked around for references and decided to give This business a call.  BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE !!!!   I am THRILLED with the quality of work and care they have put into multiple jobs at our home.  Professional,  kind, on time and beyond friendly and helpful, and didn't kill me with huge prices. Austin and Colton from Elephant Plumbing came to our house because of a sewage smell coming from our guest bathroom. They found a cracked sewage pipe from the sink, and they did a fantastic job explaining every detail to me. We had our under-slab sewer line replaced, hot water re-routed through the attic, utility room moved, grinder pump installed, hot water heater and two toilets replaced by Elephant Plumbing.  Austin was hard-working and professional in his approach to the job.  He kept us informed of what was going on and what to expect.  He was easy to talk to and took plenty of time to explain details and answer questions.  He and the excavating crew were very neat and efficient. I wasn't sure who to call for adding an rv septic hookup. Elephant Plumbing was recommended by the septic company we used. My wife and I are very happy we called them. Clay was very prompt to answer the phone. He sent out Austin to assess what we needed and give us a quote. We immediately felt relaxed with Austin's demeanor. He is the type of person you could sit on the porch, drinking tea, and chatting about life. Anyway, Austin was able to quickly give us two options, one higher cost and one lower cost. I liked having two options. No plumbing job is cheap but I feel like the prices quoted were reasonable due to the labor involved. In the end, we went with the cheaper option of an above ground access right at the septic pipe of the house. Austin was able to return in the next few days to actually do the job. He did an excellent job and even covered up the area, that was previously dug out, with dirt. We use a macerator pump to empty the rv tanks. This is hooked up to a garden hose that is connected directly to the pipe connection that Austin put in. It has been several weeks and the hook up is working exactly as hoped for.
